Condimento alle cime di rapa

Broccoli rabes are a traditional orecchiette topping, very spread and appreciated thanks to their slightly bitter aftertaste. Mixed whit extra virgin olive oil, anchovy paste and hot pepper UPulia topping is very similar to the one made in the Apulian houses. 

Go well with both long and short pasta type even if would be perfect  with the Apulian orecchiette.
